Warranty
If a failure occurs and it is reported to the company within 6 months or 6000 miles which ever is the earlier from the date here of, then the company will supply free of charge to the buyer and necessary replacement part/s and labour provided that the repairs/s are done in our own workshop. It shall be a condition of this assurance that the work and replacement of part/s shill be carried out by the Company only when the car is delivered to their premises. Unless their prior consent in writing for the work to be carried out elsewhere is obtained and the consent in writing for the work to be carried out elsewhere is obtained and the consent signed by an executive member of the company management. The company's obligations this assurance shall not apply if after delivery:
- The Buyer in any way alters or modifies the vehicle or fits part/s not normally supplied or approved by the makers.
- The car is used for Motor Racing, Trial, Rally or other competition or competitive event, or in any other manner subjected to unusual, wear and tear.
- The car is overloaded, neglected or not properly maintained, according to the makers recommendations, or if defect/s result from damage, weather accidental, frost damage or otherwise.
This assurance is limited to the terms expressed herein and excludes any liability on the part of the A2Z Car Sales Limited under statute or from any consequential loss or damage or any personal injury resulting from any defect/s in the vehicle or any part thereof. The decision of the company in all cases of claims shall be final and conclusive and the buyer agrees to accept its decision on questions as to defect/s or repairs necessary to the vehicle.
